Shopify Sync connects one or more Shopify stores to your LiteShop catalog and order workflow — the same pattern as Shopee Sync and TikTok Shop Sync.
Create a custom app in the Shopify Partners dashboard, paste your API credentials into LiteShop, then connect each store with OAuth. LiteShop handles webhooks, cron fallback, and marketplace stock push automatically.

How to use
- Install Shopify Sync from the LiteShop Marketplace and activate your license.
- In Shopify Partners, create a custom app manually and copy the Client ID and Client secret.
- In LiteShop go to Integrations → Shopify → Settings, paste credentials, set API version to
2026-07, and save. - Set the app redirect URL in Shopify to your site’s
/shopify/callbackURL (shown on the Settings page). - Open Integrations → Shopify → Shops, enter
yourstore.myshopify.com, and click Connect Shop. Approve the app in Shopify Admin. - Click Register webhooks on Settings (or rely on auto-registration on connect).
- Import or export products under Import from Shopify / Export to Shopify.
- Open Link Inventory, fetch Shopify products, and link variants to LiteShop variations.
- Set your default stock location under Locations.
- Shopify orders appear under Orders → Shopify. Use bulk actions to sync, print, or fulfill.
- Manage stock centrally under Commerce → Marketplace Stock — changes push to Shopify when linked.
- Add the cron URL from Settings to your server scheduler (every 5–15 minutes) for order polling and background jobs.
Tip: If you also run Shopee or TikTok Sync, link inventory for each channel separately — LiteShop fans out stock changes to all linked marketplaces.
