LiteShop Promotions

LiteShop Promotions runs sale campaigns on your storefront only. Prices are calculated as an overlay — base product prices and marketplace listings stay unchanged.

Requirements

• LiteShoper 1.3.7 or newer (core helpers for was/now price display)
• Plugin installed and activated

Create a campaign

1. Go to Shop → Promotions.
2. Click Add campaign.
3. Fill in name, discount type (percent or fixed), amount, optional schedule, and priority.
4. Choose whether coupons may stack with this sale.
5. Save, then open the Products tab.

Target products

A campaign only discounts items in its scope:

• All products — one click applies storewide (respecting exclusions)
• Category — every product in selected categories
• Product — all variations of selected products
• Variation — specific SKUs only

Active campaigns with no targets do nothing. Add products or “apply to all” before activating.

Schedule

Leave start/end empty to run while status is Active. Date-only end dates run through the end of that day. Campaigns past their end are treated as expired and can auto-mark as Ended.

Storefront display

Matched products show was/now pricing on:

• Shop and category grids
• Product page (including variation switches)
• Cart and checkout summaries

A Sale badge can appear on product cards. If Product Badges is active, the sale badge integrates with that plugin’s settings.

Coupons

If a campaign has stacking disabled, applying a coupon on checkout is blocked while sale items are in the cart. Tax and shipping recalculate without the coupon.

Marketplace note

This plugin never writes sale prices into your product table for marketplace sync. Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and similar channels keep their existing prices unless those plugins change them separately.

Troubleshooting

• No price change — confirm status is Active, schedule includes now, and targets exist for that product.
• Was/now missing — update core + active theme files that render product prices (helpers, ProductCatalog, theme product/cart templates).
• Wrong campaign wins — raise priority on the campaign you want preferred.
